Food Protection Management course are held only 4 times a year in the Dawson County area. The Dawson County Extension Agent, Courtney Levens, is the host and teacher. Listed below are the brochures with the dates of the next 3 classes. Select the link that provides the month you would like to attend and on the brochure the dates will be listed. Better Living for Texans (BLT)
Better Living for Texans is a program for adults and kids who want to learn how to eat well and save money. You can make friends and have fun while you learn about eating healthy foods and saving money! To be a part of the Better Living for Texans program, email, call or drop by your local county Extension Office.
